itunes showing "shared" playlists

My itunes is indicating I am sharing itunes but I don't recognize these folks. Where did they come from? Any possible suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

Shared playlists are those made available to you by others on your local network who are running iTunes or by you for others on your local network.
