B&N "free" eBooks - Not

While $0.01 might not be much money, there are several problems with charging $0.01 for a "free" eBook.
First, B&N wants all my info, including credit card number and id code.
Second, I do not want, say 5 or 6 charges for $0.01 hitting my account.
Third, to me "free" is zero, zilch, nada no $, no pennies, no Euros - it is free.
Guess War and Peace will have to wait.
