Anyone been able to make the Amazon portion of this deal work?

I can't see the "discount at checkout", so I'm seeing a price of $1,440.59 before the $400 rebate.

When you check-out at Amazon, a $200 discount is applied to the order so it ends up being $1264 before the $400 rebate. You have to go all the way to the end, not just place the items in the cart though.

Oh, and all the items MUST be through Amazon and not a third-party merchant. The lens appears to be OOS now at Amazon so the deal is kaput for the time being.
